Can I make changes or swaps after TikTok Live claims?

No, we do not allow changes to be made once you checkout at the end of the TikTok Lives.

Can I make a custom request to order variety of kids clothes in bulk?

Do you hold items for claims I make during the TikTok Lives?

No hold. Payment due at the end of each TikTok Live.

What is your process and shipping time?

Please give us 2-3 days to process, pack and ship your orders. Based on where you live, shipping can be 4-7 days. Once you order ships, we have no control over the shipping time. Please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking info to ask questions about where your shipment is or to report it lost. We will do our best to support you in that process.
